It's the twenty fourth of May and I just put 15 lbs of ribs on the BGE to smoke. Hockey and ribs for supper. It's gonna be yummy! These are side ribs as I was too late getting to the butcher to get back ribs yesterday afternoon. I have added a pork rub to enhance the flavour. :-)
