Ribs smoking on the BGE - Hour 2

Ribs have been smoking for two hours now. On schedule for a 6 hour smoke.

Boy, those ribs look so juicy. 6 hours to cook? That's a bit long.

Thanks, they tasted great too. Slow smoked ribs take time. :-) The temp is set to about 250 and the 6 hr mark seems to be just about te perfect time. I've done them quicker at 300 but I like the slower version better.
